Whether on a mat or a chair, yoga is designed to support people with a solid and safe practice that will transition you on and off the floor, or chair if preferred. Perfect for beginners or even those with more experience.

An exercise program begun in childhood  helps kids remain physically active and healthy. Kids also develop balance, flexibility, and strength... all while having fun! Aside from the physical benefits, yoga can help children focus, relax, build confidence, and learn self-awareness along with a acceptance and tolerance of others.

YOGA NIDRA

Research has shown that 20 minutes of yoga nidra equals one hour of sleep and has been effective in promoting peaceful rest, anxiety/stress reduction and overall clarity. In this guided meditation, minimal physical activity required.

A “hands on” form of healing that helps to support and balance your energy centers. It is helpful in reducing stress and anxiety, and promotes tranquility. Treatment can be completed in a chair or lying on a massage table with you completely clothed at all times.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE &
THERAPEUTIC BODYWORK

Helpful when the pain just won’t go away, gentle supportive holds are used to allow the restrictions in the fascia — the connective tissues that are found within the body — are released to allow for less pain, increased range of motion, and more circulation. Requires a prescription from referring medical professional.

LYMPHEDEMA MANAGEMENT

​

The development of lymphedema can result in cosmetic and functional limitations. A Certified Lymphedema Therapist will initiate manual lymph drainage techniques, compression bandaging, and exercise protocols. Requires collaboration with your referring medical professional and requires a prescription for lymphedema management.
